Hello there. This is Neil Scheinin (SHAY-nin), reporting from a small town in the overdeveloped suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
I launched Yeah, Another Blogger in April 2015 and have, with few exceptions, enjoyed writing the pieces that fill it. I have a wide range of interests (music; movies and television; walking around while looking at things; reading; and a bunch more). The content herein reflects that. And occasionally I try my hand at loopy humor, producing stories that leave the world of reality behind.
What else? Well, I’m a Baby Boomer who thinks of himself as being at least 25 years younger than he is. And I try to have fun as my earthly journey continues. Oh, and I give a big shout-out to my wife, Sandra Cherrey Scheinin. She reads my stories before I hit the PUBLISH button. Her eagle eye and editing skills have saved the day countless times.

I enjoyed reading your introduction here. I am also a Baby Boomer who thinks of myself as (at least) 25 years younger than I actually am. (Seriously, how am I officially a senior citizen already??) I am incredibly impressed that your wife reads and helps edits your posts. My husband does read (when requested) but editing – no way! 😦

Hi Neil, My husband reads what I write, but usually after…it’s published! I write a weekly column in the Costa Blanca newspaper (seven years now!) I have been Chairing (not to be confused with Charing) for a writing group: Writers’ Ink but, sadly, it is closing down. I shall continue writing about ‘life’ – a large enough subject to tackle with all its little and big foibles…Take care on your interesting walkabouts. Cheers.
